Whether you're a local, a visitor, or a Mindvalley University guest, this is your invitation home.
One hour to drop in, connect, and come home to yourself. No agenda but your own return. Your nervous system will thank you.
Our gift to Tallinn, and to you.
Space is limited.
Tea circle immediately following
Conscious connected breathing that takes you somewhere words can't.
A carefully held soundtrack to carry you deeper into yourself.
A rare hour with nowhere to be and nothing to perform.
Let go of what the week left behind. Your body already knows how.
We gather after to share, settle, and simply be together.
This is intense, active breathwork. Please don't come if you have:
And if a doctor has ever told you to avoid breathwork or intense breathing practices, trust that.
This is a small, intentional gathering — not a drop-in class. Space is genuinely limited, and every seat is held for someone who truly wants to be there. If you claim a spot, please treat it as the commitment it is. Mark your calendar. Show up. Someone else would have loved to be there.
Wear something loose and easy. Bring water and a blanket if you'd like one.
Give yourself a few minutes to settle in before we begin.
By registering, I'm saying yes freely and on my own terms. I've read the guidance above, and I take responsibility for my own body and wellbeing in the room — for what I know and what I don't. I release the facilitator and GoYoga from responsibility for how I choose to participate and how it affects me.
Before you register, please read the health note above — this practice isn't right for every body, and your safety comes first.
